Makes you sleep like a baby
I really find sleeping difficult, however I really feel that this sleep mist helps me drift of into a nice relaxing sleep. I notice nights I haven’t used it.

Sends me off into a restful slumber
I’ve always loved the bath oils, but sometimes I struggle to get to sleep if I’m restless or feeling a bit anxious - so I thought I’d try this spray.
It smells glorious and maybe it’s just a placebo but it definitely helps send me off!!

Best scented sleep spray that works.
It’s a beautiful spa scent that really helps calm and relax you and definitely helps me fall asleep, especially when used with the relax body oil. The scent isn’t too lavender either it’s got a warmer woodier base note which I prefer to other ones that smell a bit nana.

Soothing
Do you miss those days when you were able to go to a beauty salon and get that long overdue treatment? Remember how the soothing smell of those professional products made you feel?
Well the essential oils in this product brings back those feelings of comfort and calmness and really help you drift off to sleep.
I spray my mist about 20 min before I get to bed to give it time to fully inundate my bedroom with it's fragrance. I then take a few deep breaths to release the tension of the day and calm myself down. Oh that's heaven! And also the scent gets released over and over again as you toss and turn, continuously releasing soothing wafts of fragrance.
A good night sleep it's so important for the wellbeing of your body and mind and the combination of these oils really acts like a great restorative.
All in all quite happy with the choice and even my husband made some nice comments about its fragrance ;)

Excellent
Brilliant in aiding sleep loss during pandemic and refreshingly more of a sandalwood smell rather than lavender. Lovely light mist to help you drift off. Bought for a friend also who was desperately in need and even her sceptical hubby now uses it. Excellent .

Pleasant but not sleep inducing.
This smells quite nice, but doesn't make me feel sleepy at all. The smoky and patchouli notes are quite stong, which I don't mind, but may be off-putting to some people.
