Use wet or dry.

FOR A DRY APPLICATION
Apply this formula dry with the included sponge or the Luxe Performance Brush (sold separately). This application is ideal for balanced, combination or oily skin, or for on-the-go use.

- Press the sponge or brush onto the powder.
- Sweep the product across your face, starting where you want the most coverage and blending outward in long strokes.

FOR A WET APPLICATION
If you have dry skin, use a damp sponge or brush to get the creamiest application.

PRO TIP (for wet application): Allow 30 seconds for powder to dry down to its natural matte finish before applying additional makeup as the shade may appear richer and more vibrant when applied wet.

- Soak the sponge under cool water until it expands.
- Squeeze out any excess water in a towel so the sponge is damp, not soaked.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Formula has changed for the better When this was first released in 2022, it would not cover my under eyes, so I started using liquid underneath it & it looked really really good. Since then the product formula has changed, & this powder foundation has not been sitting the same. So I tried going back to just eye cream & my complexion rescue tint underneath it & wow! It wasn’t sitting right because the formula no longer requires the help of a liquid concealer or foundation underneath! It’s beautiful. It covers under eye circles & redness on its own.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Product finish has changed When this product was released in 2022 , it was much more buttery & blendable, & I much preferred it over its predecessor. Since then, It’s finish has changed it’s texture is dryer, it’s not the same. Really disappointed with this.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Shame they seem to have changed the formula I’ve been using this foundation for years and loved its natural feel and coverage. Light 22 Cool is a good replacement for the old Light Natural 09 but the consistency isn’t the same. I can no longer swirl the brush on the foundation and then sweep it across my face - it crumbles to dust, so I can’t carry it in my handbag. The only way I can put it on my skin is by dabbing it very lightly. What a shame, I probably won’t buy again.

The bare pro range are the only products that don’t break me out and they perform well.Your loyal customer base are outraged. I hope you’re pulling the bare pro concealer just temporarily it’s was phenomenal? Please give us an update!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A little oxidation [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually like powders more than liquid or creams for foundation so i was excited to try this. I felt like the shade worked at first, BUT as it sits, i feel like it gets a little too warm in the shade that it makes me look a little orange-y. I like that it doesn't look cakey and heavy, nor does it enhance dry patches, but i think a primer is best to be used with it because it can sink into pores a bit. I think since its also a powder, it would help with the longevity just to have a base to secure it a bit. Aside from that I don't have too much that i dont like about it. I wouldnt say it lasts 16 hrs but i think with a primer, it would last a regular work day.

I can’t believe they have changed this why do they keep doing this. I used to use no 11 what colour should I use now

It is so frustrating. I was very happy with my usual colour but needed a new one. The one they suggested as a replacement was too dark and the one I have just replaced it with is much too light. They are too expensive to keep trialling!

I have been using the original powder foundation in medium beige (12) for years, what would be the closest shade in this product?

Hi, I got their in store recommendation of light 25 neutral and it's ok but not perfect. If you can get to a Bare Minerals stand, I'd recommend trying before you buy. Hope this helps Tracy
