Cracks in cap!
I use Burt’s Bees lip balm exclusively. Lately I’ve noticed the caps are cracking after first few uses….they never used to do this! Now, with the cracks, the lids don’t stay on snugly. Your Quality Control folks need to take a look at this and rectify. Thanks.

Does nothing to the lip!
It does nothing to the lip. I started using 2 months ago the Ultra Conditioning one, and it did nothing. Every morning I wake up with my lips dry and chapped. This is horrible. And the taste of it, awful.

Original no more!?!?
I recently bought the peppermint and vitamin e formula thinking it was the original formula, which it is not. It is not nearly as good. It is not as effective, requires more frequent applications, and tastes different. I have used this for decades and am very sad that Burt’s Bees Original Lip Balm no longer exists,. Why was it changed? Was it to make more profit?

Peppermint lip balm
I will use nothing else but the Original Peppermint Lip Balm. It’s the best at keeping my lips moisturized, and just a hint of mint is perfect. I buy a few multi packs at a time so I have plenty on hand.

Best Lip Balm Ever!
I absolutely love this product and I make sure I have one on me at all times.I have tried MANY different lip balm and chipsticks yet this one came out on top. The way it actually moisturizes my lips and keeps them soft througout the day. I would reccomend this product to anyone who wants soft lips like mine!!

New formula
I don’t like the new formula. I have now a allergy to and it took me weeks to clear up! I had so many tubes that I had to toss in the garbage. Such a shame….

Good product for some people but not me
Something inside these brand chapsticks always makes me have an allergic reaction on my lips idky my lips get really puffy out of nowhere then my outer line around my lips starts tingling then I get ooz coming out my lips and then crusty this is my 2nd time trying it cause I wasn’t sure if the product was really doing it to my lips or not
