Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cracks in cap! I use Burt’s Bees lip balm exclusively. Lately I’ve noticed the caps are cracking after first few uses….they never used to do this! Now, with the cracks, the lids don’t stay on snugly. Your Quality Control folks need to take a look at this and rectify. Thanks.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does nothing to the lip! It does nothing to the lip. I started using 2 months ago the Ultra Conditioning one, and it did nothing. Every morning I wake up with my lips dry and chapped. This is horrible. And the taste of it, awful.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Original no more!?!? I recently bought the peppermint and vitamin e formula thinking it was the original formula, which it is not. It is not nearly as good. It is not as effective, requires more frequent applications, and tastes different. I have used this for decades and am very sad that Burt’s Bees Original Lip Balm no longer exists,. Why was it changed? Was it to make more profit?
