This is such a lovely product. I had no sensitivities to it which is unusual. No eye watering, no next morning bags either. It had a pleasant smell but not too much so. More importantly, it did the job and nourished the skin around the eyes. The only problem I have is with the tube. I find it difficult to get the cream out and the lid hard to press back on.

Lovely refreshing eye serum
I love this eye cream, l repurchased it three times and l will continue using it. It makes the area around the eyes smoother while diminishing the black circles and puffiness. I love the metal applicator on top as well as it provides an nicer massage whiles helping the product penetrate the skin better.

Literally the coolest applicator ever!
I absolutely love how luxurious this eye cream feels. It is not too heavy and does not leave any shine under my eyes after application. The metal ball for application is absolutely a life changer. The cool metal de-puffs my eyes immediately. It has been about a week since I started using this eye cream and I can definitely see a reduction in the fine lines.

TOTAL EYE REVIVE INSTRUCTIONS
Not sure how you're meant to use the metal tip. The video doesn't show anything other than how to massage your eye area. The following info doesn't make sense to me: ' Use the cryo-metallic tip with decongestive benefits and begin application by carrying out 3 light, smoothing movements under the eyes, working from the inner corner outwards' . So HOW do you use the tip?? Is it just me?! Love the product . Dot like the way the top is so hard to put back on.

Unhappy With Product Tube
I love the product and results! However I do not like the tube it comes in; to open you need to pull the cap off the tub and push it back on gently to close. The tube is plastic so if you squeeze too hard when replacing the cap after use the product comes out of the hole and all over the place. Very messy and wasting the product which is pricy.

Adore
Been using for two weeks and so far I love this! I love the smell, the packaging and the metal applicator for massaging is my favourite bit. I only need to use in the evenings and I’ve noticed an improvement already. Although I must say I am blessed with minimal lines, wrinkles and bags to start with!
