Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't remove mascara I really wanted to like this but it did not work for me at all! I tried to use it to remove my Lash Power mascara and it did nothing. I lost lashes but the mascara was still there. Plain water actually works better. I am so disappointed and out a lot of money because it is useless to me :-(

Rated 5 out of 5 by from BEST full-face makeup remover This cleansing balm is THE best makeup remover I have ever used. I always use it as the first step in a double cleanse (followed by All About Clean Liquid Facial Soap, Mild), and sometimes this balm is all I use. It dissolves and rinses away mineral sunscreen. It not only removes long-wearing eye makeup, I can actually open my eyes after massaging it into my lashes. In fact, it is so effective, I don't need a stand-alone eye makeup remover (Sorry, Clinique, you do make great ones, but ...). TTDO balm rinses clean without requiring a washcloth, and my sensitive, rosacea-prone skin feels soft and nourished afterward, without a trace of residue. I tend to stock up during sales, because if this balm were ever to be discontinued or reformulated, I'd probably wither up and die. It's that good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Took me a min to get used to. Okay, I've always used the liquid Take the day off. But when I tried this Balm, I was a bit skeptical at first. I tried to use it on a cotton pad. That didn't work too well and I felt like I was wasting a lonof it. *Obviously I didn't read the directions!!! What worked best for me was to take a small amount and close my eyes and gently place it on from the inside -outward. Product kinda melts. Then after gently rubbing that around. I'll take a cotton pad and wipe it off from there. I still may have some to follow up with under my eyes.. easy peasy. The product has already melted and is easier to work with. So, if you just work with this product, IT IS just as good as the Liquid and the wipes. And skin is super soft!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I do not like this at all. This might be the only Clinique product, I have tried, that I do not like at all. It smells weird, irritates my skin, and seems to just cling to my eyelashes no matter how much I rinse, wipe, cleanse, wash, etc. I added a second star because it does remove my makeup. I actually skipped my free birthday gift because this is what was added to my cart and I cannot use it at all. I already have a bunch of little jars due to it being part of some sets I bought, but I will never use it. I tried giving it away and the recipient said it felt like vaseline on her face, so they don't want it either.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from my staple cleanser This has become my staple in my cleansing routine - i used to just cleanse once by micellar water but noticed how much better my skin is by using this balm to take off all my makeup - it literally melts off all my foundation and mascara!!
