Waterproof Brow Pencil
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this brow pencil in neutral brown and it is great. It applies very smoothly and love the spoolie on the other end. I have semipermanent make up on my brows that began to fade/lighten after 2-3 years. I use this product to fill in my brows and it does not budge and is waterproof! 10/10 recommend.

Love love love
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use a brow pencil almost every day and I really liked this. It isn’t super pigmented so it doesn’t make your eyebrows look like they were drawn on! The water proof part is great especially since I work outside a lot!

Nice, Natural Shade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The e.l.f. Cosmetics Instant Lift Brow Waterproof Pencil goes on smoothly and offers a nice, natural shade. The downside is that once the formula dried, it became itchy, which led me to scratching off most of the pencil that I applied. Perhaps the formula was too “waxy” for my liking.

This brow pencil is absolutely amazing. I love it. The color goes on so easy. Just glides right on. No need for a sharper because its a twist up. The other end has a brow brush to help blend. And I love that. This will be my only brow pencil from now on.
