Great product
Love this stuff. Two before bed really help with a deeper nights sleep. I do sometimes get a bit of a headache but I am not sure if it is related to this or if I am simply getting headaches at the moment. Ashwangandha can also be used in the day time to relax. I would advise two just before you sleep. This stuff is organic and cheap!

Feel happy at last
On my first bottle, just ordered my 2nd, I struggled with adrenal fatigue and moderate depression, since taking these, I feel so much better, insomnia still here but still early days, but I feel so much happier in myself, thank you. No more panic attacks or dark days :)

My nails and hair are looking healthier!
Fast delivery! Been taking these for nearly a month now. My nails have always been brittle and break really high, which has been really painful. But since taking these my nails have become slightly stronger. My hair has become fine, lacks volume and shine. Well my hair looks and feels fuller and shinier. My skin normally has a break out of spots, but now only getting the odd spot here and there, and skin looks brighter. So maybe in 3 months of taking these I may get much more healthier nails, hair and skin!
