Directions

Start by applying to the upper lip, outlining the cupid’s bow, and then continue with the lower lip. To accentuate the blurred effect, lightly blot by gently tapping with your finger.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from LE ROUGE SHEER VELVET MATTE LIPSTICK So, the formula is gorgeous, and the outside packaging is again.. gorgeous. But the inside hardware is terrible and feels really cheap :(. One of the two lipsticks I received required me to reglue the lipstick insert to the actual case. That being said, the color I got are true to what was showed.. And when I wore it, I felt extremely soft and feminine.

They're extremely lightweight and comfortable with no bleeding or really much transfer. Stunning doesn't begin to describe it. Love so much I purchased two others!
