Discover Bergamote Calabria, bergamot spiced up by cardamom, pink peppercorn and ginger, warmed by petitgrain lemon, and enveloped in white musks.

A powerful symbol of Guerlain's commitment to the planet, the Aqua Allegoria fragrances contain up to 95% natural origin(1). The French beetroot alcohol used in their formulas comes from a network committed to responsible farming.



The Aqua Allegoria fragrances are housed in a screw-top, refillable and recyclable bottle made in France from at least 15% recycled glass. The 200 mL refill extends the life cycle of the Aqua Allegoria bottle without compromising on quality. The spray unscrews manually to top up the bottle with a user-friendly refill, fitted with an anti-spill system. It cannot be used alone and is only compatible with refillable 75 mL and 125 mL bottles.

Directions

Create your own signature by pairing Bergamote Calabria with: Nerolia Vetiver, Herba Fresca, Pamplelune, Orange Soleia, Granada Salvia, Flora Cherrysia, Mandarine Basilic, Pera Granita, Rosa Rossa, Flora Salvaggia or Nettare Di Sole. Select your favorite duo among recommended options and spray each Aqua Allegoria on your skin one by one in equivalent quantities.



To use the refill :

1. Unscrew the pump of your bottle.

2. Screw the refill upside down onto the neck of your bottle to trigger filling.

3. Filling stops automatically when the bottle is full. Unscrew the refill and screw back the pump.

The citrus is beautiful and it is cooling and perfect for summer. I would repurchase again in a heartbeat when this is empty. It layers beautifully over the Guerlain Eau de Cologne.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Summer freshie! Bergamote Calabria is a citrus-aromatic scent with musky nuances. The notes listed are very accurate to what I get when I'm wearing this fragrance. This is definitely a bergamot & petitgrain forward fragrance. The citrus notes are supported by cardamom and ginger, which give this scent a spicy, masculine edge. Later on, it gets a bit softer, rounded off by sweet musk. Bergamote Calabria is one of the best freshies for summer. It is bright, sparkling, energizing and very uplifting. If you're a fan of Bergamotto di Calabria by Acqua di Parma, you gonna like this Aqua Allegoria as well.

Beautiful bergamot in the opening, best I’ve smelled, very realistic & fresh. The dry down keeps close to the skin, but lasts quite long. Great choice for the summer.

It is very summery and very fresh. Too much so for me but that might only be me. A little more depth would be welcomed by me but perhaps that’s not a summery sentiment.
