Love this product, don't like the new packaging
This has been one of my favorite products for a long time now. Performance, consistency, scent - all fantastic. I just received my first bottle in the new packaging and I dislike it enough to consider looking for a different product. The old packaging was beautiful - the contrast between the product and the clear wavy glass was great. The new packaging is twice as big for the same amount of product, the glass is pink so the contrast is lost, and the plastic tube rattles around. I applaud the use of recycled materials, but the glass in the previous packaging was recyclable. I don't get this change. 5 for the product, 1 for the packaging averages out to 3 stars.

Product works great, refill doesn’t met expectations
I have loved this product for years but I’m pretty disappointed in the refill option. It does not fill up the bottle so if you thought you could save some money on a product that is slightly pricey, think again. It probably equals out to not saving you anything at all or possibly costing more. I will not be buying the refill again

Dislike the new packaging - won't buy again
The product itself is good. It used to be my go to, like I literally can't count how many I bought. This new packaging change is leading me to purchase a different lotion from now on. I bought one and it is so unnecessarily large and uses way more plastic than the one before. There is a trend with brands using "reusable" packaging that is always more wasteful, larger, uses more plastic. I don't get the point. I used to like it because it was more glass and less plastic and now it's huge (which is impractical) and wasteful. Please do not change the packaging of the other products.
