Reason for only giving a 4/5 is that I have not yet completed the first container so can't really comment on their impact - however my hair has at least not turned to the worst so that is a big plus considering that I hang out with the flattening iron every day.

I was very skeptical at first however, after taking these for almost 3 months I can definitely see the difference. My hair, nails & eyelashes have been growing so fast and are much stronger and healthier. For years my eyebrows wouldn’t grow after over plucking but since taking these the sparse areas have started to fill in. Will definitely keep buying hairburst vitamins.
