Maximise your skincare routine by incorporating this facial tool to massage your skin. Gua Sha, also known as the "Eastern Face Lift", is an ancient facial massage technique that promotes detoxification and healthy-looking skin.

Colours and texture will vary slightly due to natural formations in each stone.

Directions

Apply serum or facial oil.
Use the Gua Sha tool to apply light pressure to the centre of your forehead and scrape from the middle of your eyebrows to your hairline.
On the middle of your forehead, scrape from the centre out to your temples.
Use the smaller curved end to scrape from your inner brow bone to the outer brow bone.
On your cheek and under eye area, start on the sides of the nose and sweep the tool from the centre to the perimeter of your face.
Repeat the same motions on the mouth, chin, and jaw areas. Move the tool from the centre to the outer parts of your face.
Lastly, start on the top of your forehead and scrape down to your temples, down to the sides of your neck, and stop mid-collarbone.
Do about three strokes per section and scrape both sides of the face for a completed facial massage.

I was skeptical but approaching 40 and hadn't found a solution to the beginnings of a jowls (lovely) and forehead lines (winning) I used this product every night for two weeks with a facial oil. To my surprise there has been an improvement. My jaw line is more defined and the forehead wrinkles lessened. I had used the facial oil on its own before and the addition of the gua sha definitely helps. It takes some practice. You have to be very gentle, week one, I ended up with bruising as being a bit heavy handed (ekk!) Would definitely recommend

I’ve not noticed any benefits yet other than increased blood flow to my skin, but I’ve only been using it for a week so I’ve got good expectations for it.
