My hair is sooo shiny I love it
Honestly love this heat spray it's the best I've used I have crazy frizzy hair after I've dried it also with humidity I sprayed this on after washing and when I blowdryed it dried so smooth and straight and shiny I'm blown away my new favourite hair product

Heat Defeat Protecting Spray
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The John Frieda spray turns out to be helpful and reliable, it works great on my hair, makes it smooth and soft (wavy by nature). The ends look healthier, the spray doesn't weigh down my delicate hair and keeps it fresh all day long.
I would like to add that I treat my hair with a spray also when I don't use the hair dryer and my hair is better moisturised and pleasant to the touch, so the product is irreplaceable for me. To sum up, the hair after straightening is really moisturised and smooth, and the ends aren't damaged either. This spray also prevents the hair from drying out, so it fulfills all the properties that I would expect from this type of cosmetic. Instead, it could keep the straight hair effect longer, the spray is also very sufficient.

Was just ok
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I personally didn't like this spray, it made my hair feel slightly dry. That may be just personal preference or maybe just my hair type. I prefer my hair to feel soft. Other people may like it though
