Barrier balm for dry skin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The container resembles a glue stick with twist action to dispense the product. The balm has a slight tacky feel on the skin at first with a neutral scent. I found this more suited to evening application and best used on specific areas of concern.

Ultra Moisture Balm
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really impressed with this balm, it delivers moisture without stickiness. It glides onto skin and it’s traceless. Perfect for keeping in your bag or for travel. I used this under make up and later in the day to top up over make up. I would recommend this product if you like your skin feeling hydrated.

Hydrated Skin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried this product for a few weeks now along side the Ultra facial cream and am impressed with the results. I have dry skin and this product glides on easily and keeps the skin well hydrated. Its also not oily which is a massive plus. Its compact enough to carry in my handbag for on the go touch up's which is great. Will definitely be purchasing another one when this one runs out!

Actually works!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have enjoyed using this Barrier Balm. I have a lot of dry flaky skin so this actually worked wonders! It glided on very easily whenever I wanted to use it. It has a cool feeling when applying which I love. The best part is that you don’t have to massage this in to the skin. Just glide across and that’s it!! Immediately my skin looks refreshed and shiny which shows it’s great at moisturising and hydrating the skin. I’ve been using this twice daily and it’s massively helped with my dry skin. I even took this on holiday to Turkey and I loved using it. It’s soo convenient and small which easily pops in to my hand bag.

Quick way to hydrate
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product for free. Used it recently on holiday and it was great for on the go, especially on the plane for extra hydration. I used it mostly whenever I felt my skin needed it but I don't see why you can't use it elsewhere on dry parts of your body. Easy to apply and leaves the skin feeling smooth.

Not just for your face!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This balm is light, soaks in easily and unscented which is always good if you have sensitive skin.
Although this is called a facial barrier balm I haven’t actually used it on my face! I’ve had dry skin on my elbows lately and this has really helped. There’s also been a few occasions when the backs of my hands have been dry and I haven’t had any hand cream with me. This has rescued me a couple of times as it’s been compact and secure enough to have in my bag.
If you have patches of dry skin on your face or anywhere else I can see this being good to have. The word ‘balm’ made me reluctant to try as it made me think it would be oily but it isn’t at all. It left my skin feeling soft and smooth!

So good for dry skin and lasts the whole day
I have really dry skin and use Kiehl's men's moisturiser. Adding this on top has really made a difference during the winter. Add this feels very natural and lasts the entire day.
I would high recommend this product - I have been using this for a few months now and it feels like it will last quite a while so good value.

Does so much more than I expected
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kiehl's Ultra Facial Barrier Balm is now my must have beauty product. I was sent this product to test and review and from reading the product description I wasn't convinced that the product was right for my skin or my age (40+). I have used this product for 30 days and I absolutely love the results. I use this with a combination of Kiehls Super Multi Corrective Cream and Clearly Corrective Dark Spot Correcting Serum. I use this after my moisturiser and the result is incredibly smooth skin. What I love about this product is how it makes me skin feel, very smooth and what happens when I apply make-up. My make-up stays on my face longer and doesn't have an oily residue at the end of the day, meaning I do not need to apply more power foundation in the afternoon. I have crows feet at the side of my eyes and the Ultra Facial Barrier Balm seems to fill in the crows feet, meaning they do not look so deep. This is really a great product, it protects from the elements and works better than any primer I have ever used. If you are unsure about this product or you are looking for something to give your skin a more youthful and dewy appearance, I would recommend you try this.
