New formula caused allergic reaction
I used to love this cream, I have really sensitive skin around my eyes and it was the only eye cream that kept the skin hydrated. But after one use of their new formula my eyes instantly started streaming and the next morning eczema had flared up all around them. I won’t be buying this cream again. Be careful if you have sensitive skin!

Best eye cream!
Over the years o have tried various eye creams that honestly don’t do what they should. I have mature sensitive eyes and this is the only eye cream that helps, it’s great on fine lines and also dark circles. I will not use anything else now, it’s a game changer

Used this for years and now unusable!
I have been using this for years and swear by it. I have recommended it to everyone. However, I bought my most recent pot about a month ago and the consistency has completely changed. It is watery and does not absorb into the skin. It simply sits on the surface of your skin and has to be vigorously rubbed to even begin to absorb. It is oily and watery - and feels counterproductive to put on the skin. I definitely won’t be using this anymore unless it’s changed back to the previous cream (which was incredibly popular and I’m unclear why it was changed!) Very disappointing

Pleasantly surprised.
"I was quite concerned reading the comments about the changed consistency of the eye cream, that it's too watery, and that even made me hesitate to get the package with the most milliliters. Today, after receiving my delivery, I was pleasantly surprised by its consistency - nice, dense, not watery at all. I even regret now that I didn't get the larger package."

Seems to have changed and not for the better.
I have been a big fan of this eye cream for years but they must have changed it. This time the cream is thin and watery. I really hope they will go back to the old consistency, otherwise i will have to look for a new eye cream. Huge disappointment.

allergic reaction
I wanted to love this cream but had an allergic reaction to it. After using it for a few days I came out in hot itchy red bumps on and around my eyelids. It was very sore and took a couple of weeks to clear up after I stoped using it. I have fairly sensitive skin but have never had a reaction to eye cream like this before. Not sure which of the chemicals in the cream I reacted to but it’s very disappointing as i’d just bought a big tub!

Why would you change the formula!!!! Awful!
I have used this eye cream for years, it was one of my favourite products!! I have just received a new pot of product and the formula has changed, the colour is different and the quality is poor..it doesn't even spread on skin properly, just conceals! Having read through the ingredients on the changed product, I note soya bean oil has now been added amongst other changes. There is no mention of this on your website or any statement to say you have updated your formula, this is very dangerous for people with allergies. You have just lost a customer. Bring back the old formula!!!!

It has really helped my bags/dark circles, I actually just looked at a photo of myself from before I was using it and was shocked. I've never found eye creams to make any difference so I hadn't expected this to work but it does.

I've been recommended this product. But I have the worst dark circles under my eye they're not puffy at all and wondered if this would help my dark circles or is used mainly for puffy baggy eyes? Thank you!

The Kiehl's Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado will help achieve moisture to the eye area but it will not help with the dark circles.
I would recommend using the Kiehl's Clearly Corrective Dark Circle Perfector SPF 30 15ml, this will help reduce the appearance of dark circles while brightening the eye area.
