Wish I’d found this sooner
I’ve always been plagued by red bumps on my neck after shaving but mostly when I’m tired / run down. I tried a lot previously to stop it like exfoliating and moisturising and changing razors, but it kept happening. Then I happened to pop into Kiehl’s one day after the gym in Stratford, was helped by a really helpful and nice woman called Petra, who recommended this cream. I no longer get the red bumps. I went back and bought another 3 today - if something works for me, I stock up. I was initially hesitant to spend what I see as quite a lot of money for a moisturiser, but now my only regret is I didn’t do it sooner because I feel much more confident without the red bumps post shaving.

Agree with all the other non 5 star reviews - why did kiehls get rid of the post Shave repair gel? Used that for years and was a huge fan. This new cream is Ok but doesn’t come close to that light, soothing and energising feel the gel had. Sadly I won’t be buying again and am now looking elsewhere. Shame.

Very happy with this upgrade to the old razor bump relief. It is more comfortable to use and feels great when applied after shaving.

Not Effective
I used to use the original product and the formula was excellent and it worked amazingly well and eliminated ingrown hairs and razor bumps. I have purchased the original product for many years and was happy with it. The new product tends to make my skin red and burns. I had to throw it in the trash to make myself continue to use it with poor results. It was a waste of money but luckily the product is not that expensive. I found Moore Unique have an amazing product but sadly it’s not available in the UK but was able to purchase the product online but only one time as the manufacturer will no longer ship to the UK. I would suggest you check out the formula and make something similar. The product work just like your original product. Why change a good product to something inferior?

Preferred the old product
Yet again a product is changed and it's totally different and much worse. I much preferred the cream/gel product - much lighter and much more suited to my skin type. Why did you have to change it? Why not have 2 products as they are so obviously for different skin types.?
