Awful Shampoo
I only brought this the other day and i thought i’d switch up what l’oréal shampoo i use. I have had no issue with l’oréal before as used their hair dye loads. This shampoo however gave me a massive allergic reaction all over my neck around my ears and on my scalp. I really wasn’t sure why i had this reaction when i woke up as i didn’t even think twice that it would be the shampoo but when i heard other people i know that had used this they said they had the same reaction. DO NOT USE. I have been in pain and continuously itching for the last three days.

Worst shampoo and conditioner I used ever
I brought this shampoo and conditioner it’s in he worsts ever I’ve used. Never again. I had old fashion black hair. This shampoo and conditioner made my hair uncontrollably all over the place. Felt on top my hair felt nasty feel and something on my hair hated it so much. Would never use this again if paid me . My son used same make different one he felt the same with his hair his hair long like a mullet. Very Dispointed

Best shampoo ever!
I started using this shampoo and conditioner a few weeks ago and wow. Life changing! No knots/ detangling needed after washing. My hair has bleach in so it can be hard to find a shampoo that really hydrates it. Would never use anything else after trying this!

Extremely dry shampoo
This shampoo is very dry on my scalp. It's also causing hairfall. I was delighted to use it however all went in vain. I don't recommend it.

Hydration Yes, itching not so good
I bought this 2 weeks ago & initially was pleased that my hair felt soft & manageable. However, a few hours in & my scalp started to itch & has continued to do so. Very disappointed as I've used so many of your products over the years & never experienced this!

Stripped the colour from my hair!
I used to have blue/black hair but after one use of this shampoo and conditioner I now have patchy red/brown hair!
I've used L'Oréal for years and never had a problem until now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone with thick, afro hair; a shampoo like this wouldn't usually be my first choice. So after completely finishing this bottle I can definitely say I am pleasantly susprised. My wash day routine has consisted of this shampoo paired of course with the conditioner and the mask for the past couple months. It has left my hair feeling so refreshed after every use.

Good Shampoo
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice shampoo had to use more than usual as didn’t lather very good and Di take longer to rinse out, overall though my hair did look full of life and shiny, the downside is the writing on the bottles so tiny and difficult to read.
