Maybe silly question but do I actually have a to use a sharpener and sharp the plastic part to use the rest of the pencil?????i thought i was going to twist the upper part ang will come off

The NYX Professional Makeup Jumbo Eye Pencil is not a twist up pencil.
In order to bring more product to the surface, you will need to sharpen this with a sharpener.
