Very dry hands
I enjoy the fragrance, and it feels nice to the touch; however, my hands have become incredibly dry. They only changes were using Ouai hand soap and lotion.

Love my Ouai!
I love the soap and hand lotion especially the scent. The texture of the hand wash soap exfoliates my skin, which cleans my hands thoroughly. I love this product very much it makes me look forward to washing my hands when using the hand wash! Already thinking about stocking up my next order on the hand soap!

Great lotion but pump doesn’t work
Love the scent and texture of this lotion. The mechanism of the pump of the bottle is faulty and cannot be used.

Love, But Cannot OPEN
I love this hand soap. I’ve purchased multiple times and it’s what I use in my bathroom. But recently the pump is impossible to open. I just stocked up and literally cannot get the pump to work. I’ll now have to buy a soap container and try to use that. So frustrating!! I was even watching YouTube tutorials.

Lovely formula
This lotion is super moisturizing without being greasy at all. I live at a very high elevation and it only gets hot a few days a year so I don’t have ac. Even on those hot days, there is no greasy feel from this lotion. It is not my favorite Ouai scent, but it dries down to a lovely, citrusy smell. I’m holding out hope that they will release the same formula with other fragrances.
