Bumpy rash and irritation
I love origins products and have used the ginzing cream before so I wanted to try the serum too. Following two uses of the product my skin has broken out in a bumpy rash, both under and on the surface of my skin, across my chin cheeks and forehead.

Light velvety texture.
I'm 51 years young, and take medications which makes my skin dull. I love this serum. Literally brightens my skin as I put it on. Light and absorbs well into the skin. I have purchased this twice and will purchase again.

Beware
I have used this for a few years and loved it. I got a new one and when used it for the first time my face felt like it was on fire and was red all over. I think the formula must have changed as this didn't used to happen. After I realised what had happen washed it off and most of the reaction dissipated. Next morning there was still some reaction. It's unfortunate because I really used to like the feeling and results of this product but I won't be using it again. Maybe others won't get the same reaction?

Holy grail!
I've seen so many reviews on here saying that it made their skin red, sensitive etc. I had nothing but amazing compliments about my skin! I have used vitamin C in my skincare on/off over the years. The key is to slowly introduce it into your skincare, making sure not to mix with other acids and other products! Always wear SPF the next day and keep reapplying as you should! I have friends who use a vitamin C serum without using SPF and they have skin reactions too. Please do not let negative reviews put you off this serum, it's amazing! So hydrating and gives a lovely health glow without looking greasy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a troubled mix skin with proneness to dullness, dryness combines with sensitivity in large areas, with some overactive greasy bits on my t-zone. This serum was so refreshing, light, but it feels like it really packs a 'vitamin shot' int your skin. Zero irritation, and very pleasant consistency. It satisfied my thirsty patches and calmed my t-zone while making the skin really go up by a mark! It's like a drop of sunshine in a bottle, and I'd love to buy the full thing and try it on for more than just a couple of days to see its real power!
