Ok….but not my favourite

Intoxicating, my new favourite!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A scent I instantly knew was for me!
I’m not one for dousing myself so to discover this has a strong long lasting scent that only requires a small amount to feel like a king instantly won me over.
That sandalwood and leather really come through and mixed with all the exotic scents that have been infused into it creates an overall intoxicating aroma. My partner loved it, which is also a win in my eyes. This was just a sample that I tried, I shall be buying a bottle!!
I’ll be on the look out for other products from Penhaligon’s for sure.

Nice perfume

Long lasting spicy scent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I strongly favor Penhaligon and have just today experienced Halfeti for the first time. Halfeti is a best seller for the house which I believe underscores its seductive allure. Because that is exactly how I felt at first whiff- seduced! I instantly imagined South Asia or the Middle East, a balmy evening, taking in the layers of scent, a luxurious location of some sort, trees, an outdoor fireplace, vivid silks and flowers and incense. The opening to Halfeti is delicously sensual and lush. I pick up the saffron and oud right away (although the oud is a base note) and citrus comes through also, giving lightness.
I will say the masculine elements dominate (in the dry down) the feminine elements, but it still retains its unisex identity and is quite beautifully balanced. This could be worn and enjoyed by a man or a woman.

Smells incredible, very expensive
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is one of my favourite scents from a great brand, my husband has been wearing this for the longest time already and it lasts for so long. The price point is on the more expensive side though, it’s definitely one you’d have to save up and buy. The packaging does reflect the price point, it’s pure luxury.

Ingredients are georgious-bergamot, hints of green and aromatic Artemisia,jasmine and spiced rose. Long-lasting scent ,luxurious bottle, and good value for money .Strong smell and very good for special moments.

Very interesting scent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have heard really good things about Penhaligon’s fragrances but have never had a chance to smell any of them so I was excited to receive this sample size to try. Unfortunately the sample seems to have got lost so I went to try it at my local department store. Whilst there I saw the full size bottle and I must say it is so exquisite! You can tell by the look and feel of it that it’s expensive. The top notes are cypress leaf, saffron, cardomom, artemisia, bergamot and grapefruit. The middle notes are bulgarian rose, nutmeg and jasmine. The base notes are agarwood (oud), cedar, leather, sandalwood, amber, vanilla, tonka bean and musk. Because there are so many notes in this I was worried it would smell either too overpowering or make it hard to distinguish the actual notes. I was wrong. It smells very multifaceted and at different times of the day I would get hit with different notes which makes this scent very dimensional and interesting. It’s extremely long lasting which I would expect for the price point of this fragrance. It projects very far so if you like to make a statement with your scent, I feel you would love this. I have never had a scent with cardamom in and I must say I love it! Although this is a unisex perfume, personally I feel it leans more masculine. This wouldn’t stop me wearing it as I feel there’s a time and a place for different scents and I can always layer with something more feminine if that’s what I’m after. I would say this would be better suited in winter as it is quite a strong scent. I have a lot of perfumes but none of them smell quite like this. I really want to try the other Penhaligon’s fragrances now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Penhaligon fragrances are amazing and the Halfeti eau de parfum is one of the most popular scents. It has a musky, oriental aroma and I absolutely love it. It lasts all day and I get compliments from my partner when I wear it.
