Go back to the previous formula!!!
I use to love this product, but you changed the formula and now it smells so bad!!! I can’t handle the smell. I use to use this product everyday on my hair and my hands. I used it like lotion and it wouldn’t irritate my hands like lotion does. Please change it back. I need this product desperately!!!

This is a fantastic product and one I have been searching for to tame my frizzy light weight hair
I use it on wet hair then to tame my hair after a sleep. It’s so light on my hair enhancing my waves into lovely sections rather than one massive clump of fizz

When it ain't broke don't make it stink
Honestly the worst obliteration of a great longstanding formula I've ever witnessed. Please change it back. It smells like that disgusting batiste dry shampoo that we all overused at British festivals to keep ourselves going another day and it's so overpowering it's making me feel like I could vomit. Plus I don't want people thinking I'm wearing that horrible cheap dry shampoo. Honestly worst decision you could have made. I won't be resuming use until its back to it's old formula exactly as it was.

NEW FORMULA SMELLS TERRIBLE
NEW FORMULA SMELLS TERRIBLE. PLEASE bring back the old formula! It was my Holy Grail hair product, smelled fantastic (I literally got compliments constantly) and made my hair look and feel so nice. This new formula is TERRIBLE. Instant headache from the smell--I had to wash my hair immediately and I'll be returning the bottle. I am so disappointed. I thought I was set, now I have to hunt for a new product. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE consider bringing back the old formula, or at least the fragrance!

OLD FORMULA WAS BETTER
I’ve been using this product for a long time, (before the “new look”) I still like it but it’s not as conditioning as the previous one. I have to spray more than twice as much to get similar results. The smell is still great but I’m not happy with how much more I have to use since that means I have to spend more money and sadly search for another brand which stinks since it was my go to favorite Palmer’s hair product .
