Saves my hair and colour
I have been using this for years. I have blonde highlights and swim 3 miles a week crawl/freestyle. My hair would be green and brittle without this. It really protects it. I use an actual swim cap as well and I soak my hair through first before applying.

Personally not for me.
For the price I would of liked a slightly bigger bottle. I tried it out for the first time the other day and I’m not super impressed. The smell isn’t great, it also doesn’t go a long way so you need to use a fair bit (I have shoulder length fine hair). So a bottle would probably only last 3/4 applications at the most. My hair hasn’t as dry when I got out the swimming pool but it wasn’t as protected as I had hoped. Wouldn’t purchase again, I would be better off using an oil on my hair instead.

I love to swim, but it dried out my ageing hair. This offers fabulous protection - and conditions my hair brilliantly.
