Didn’t work
My hair is naturally black, and ive got an dark ashy brown balayage. I was recommended this by my hairdresser to tone down the brassiness after the colour began fading and turning my hair fairly orange. After a few weeks I still haven’t noticed much difference, and my hair is still just as brassy.

Does what it promises
Overall a really great shampoo and conditioner. I would suggest using an alternative product after about 5 washes because my hair started to look a bit too silvery, but it is a really great product, smells lovely and I would recommend
