What I most like about it is that the consistency has a slight (but not too overpowering) grit to it that gently polishes the teeth. Not sure if it's psychological but after using this toothpaste for a while, I have a feeling of my teeth being healthier --e.g., in appearance, following dentist's visits for biannual general check-ups. My gums are also visibly healthy with no redness or anything. I am very satisfied with this toothpaste and will continue to use it.
