Not great for thick curly hair
I have very thick curly hair. The shampoo feels nice when you're showering, but leaves your hair all dry and I definitely had to use a conditioner to make the hair feel smoother. I used Redken All Soft before and I will go back to that once this bottle is empty. It smells quite nice, but not worth it for me.

Oil free
I have terrible oily scalp, and prone to acne...So I found this shampoo has helped reduce the oil and not suffered from much acne. So I will use this but sporadically.

Positively surprised
I have a classic case of sensitive, itchy and oily scalp with dry, coloured, fine hair which I have learned to manage over the years. I have tried dozens of shampoos and learned which work and which do not - either the scalp gets itchy or it becomes an oil slick by the second day or both. I am a fan of Redken products generally so when I saw this one come out I thought I would give it a try. I have tried several products that advertised doing what this one says on the tin but which usually ended up either drying hair or not cleansing it etc - I was very pleasantly surprised that this actually cleanses the scalp well without drying hair! No itching, no oil, no dryness. I expect that I will still have to rotate shampoos like I have done for decades but a very promising start with this one!
