Eye cream may be great, but concerning customer service
Used a sample, loved it, purchased full size. Felt different. Contacted Shiseido customer service who said there have been no formula changes within the past year. Ingredients say otherwise. Dishonest.

One eye cream I DO NOT react to
I just learned this eye cream is being discontinued. Too bad, as it's the ONLY eye cream I can use without swelling, redness and burning, requiring WEEKS of recovery time. As to effectiveness, it's really only so so.

So much hydration!!!!!
I am a dry skin girly and I have some fine lines. I loved how thick and creamy this cream was. It's so good that I almost wanted to use it all over my face. I noticed that the next day after using this cream, my eyes were still hydrated. I would definitely recommend!

Consistency is Key
I want to thank you Influenster for sending me the Shiseido Wrinkle Smoothing eye cream product to test and review. I tried it for a couple of weeks, loved the scent and texture of the cream, and how well it blends, but didn't see any changes- good or bad. I have now been using this cream for a full month and a half and have seen a huge difference in my under eye bags and crows feet in the corner of my eyes. For giggles i now also use it on my laugh lines (they were deeep)! I am glad i didn't give up on this product and love seeing the results and my eye makeup applies so much better now.! Thank you Influenster and Shiseido!!

This product is super thick and sticky I dint like the way it makes my face feel. I did not notice any difference in my skin. It's not something I wanted to used long enough to notice
