Directions

- Shake well before use. - Sweep pen along lash line. - Use the tip of the pen to create a thin, clean line. - For a thick, bold line, position pen at an angle and apply with slightly more pressure. - Build to intensify colour. Store horizontally for best performance.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Blotchy application The liquid barely comes out even after shaking the eyeliner pen. You're left with a blotchy line it you can get any of the liquid out. It's a shame as the felt tip is appropriate for a fine line but Stila has had an ongoing issue with their eyeliner packaging as the liquid doesn't come out in a steady flow.
