Hi is this toner to be used when cleansing in the evening to take rest of light makeup off too yes??

Hi, The Sukin Hydrating Mist Toner will give your skin instant hydration, this is recommended to be spritzed across the skin. This can also be sprayed onto a cotton pad in order to help remove any traces of make up left after cleansing. Thanks, Billie - Beauty Connect Advisor
