Where is the smell?
When I unpacked it the smell was real strong from the packaging, however when we lighted it nothing happened. I love subtle smells but this one was non-existent. :(
Such a shame as it is a beautifully looking candle.

Gorgeous Urban Apothecary Smoked Leather Candle
This candle is honestly really lovely, I first heard of this brand when we went to Paris earlier in the year and my partner loved this scent, they’re really good quality candles that smell fabulous. This is a really kind of sultry and sophisticated smell, not so much manly but I can see men preferring this over something much more floral or sweet. I will definitely repurchase when ours run out, along with the coconut one that smells lovely too! Also love how nice and simple the packaging is!

Scent of luxury
The scent is much more subtle than I expected. I consider that a plus, it is not so overwhelming like some scented candles tend to be. I love the rich, luxurious scent of warm leather, cedarwood and a hint of saffron (and I like to imagine that this is how Harry Potters Golden Felix Felicis-potion smells like - "Liquid luck")
