The COSRX Galactomyces 95 Tone Balancing Essence (Previously named Galactomyces 95 Whitening Power Essence) is a highly concentrated essence with 95% Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate. This essence works to enrich your skin cells with hydration, giving you clear, glowing and moist skin. It also helps repair the skin, reduce hyper-pigmentation and wrinkles. If you have dry, rough, or uneven patches, this essence will help remove roughness and dead skin cells, and give you visible improvement in evenness of skin tone.

Directions

After cleansing and toning, apply a small amount on your entire face. Gently pat using fingertips to aid absorption, and then go forth with your moisturisers.

I’ve tried many Korean brand toners and essences containing Galactomyces filtrate. Although it does add a layer of moisture to my skin I cannot see or feel the benefits it claims, compared to the other brands I’ve used. It is a slightly thicker viscosity but sinks in well, leaving no greasiness or stickiness, and no scent detected. I’ll finish the product but probably won’t repurchase. Still a good product compared to UK brands, in terms of quality ingredients.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice :-) Still early days to see an overall improvement but i thought i'd give it a go after noticing it has some key ingredients such as Panthenol and Niacinamide. I find it's refreshing on the skin and isn't sticky. I'm using twice a day and aa you don't need to apply loads i can imagine it will last me ages which is a bonus!
