Love this cleansing balm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you Influenster and Elf for sending me the Elf Holy Hydration Makeup Melting Cleansing Balm complimentarily free for testing purposes. This balm effectively melts away my cream and powder makeup. I love the fact that it does not have an oily feel to it. It feels like a moisturizer being rubbed on the skin. It doesn’t cause any breakouts My only issue I have is it doesn’t remove eyeliner very well. I recommend keeping this product away from the eyes as it causes temporary vision blurring. If you want to remove eye makeup I suggest using the elf liquid makeup remover.

Great balm to melt makeup off
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a lovely cleansing balm that helps to melt off make up from my face with such ease. I love how this does not leave my face greasy and just a few swipes of this and all my makeup is completely off. I like to use this sometimes as my first cleanser rather then second when I am just feeling quite lazy. Overall this gets the job done and I have been reaching for it quite a bit with the other make-up remover.
