Good but
I seem to be allergic to anything "wet" that goes on the eye. I used this and the lash primer at two different times and both times had swollen, red, itchy eyes for days. When I stopped using them, it cleared up with medication. Bummer because they were great products.
Still 4 stars because it was me, not the product.

Takes too long to dry
I usually use Loreal Flash Cat but tried this.
It’s good once it dries down but waiting for it to dry takes forever and it’s hard to make sure it doesn’t bleed

It stays!
I've used a few waterproof makeup products and am throughly impressed with this eyeliner. It goes on smooth, easy to control and has good, bold coverage.

Disappointed
Overall I have good luck with everything Elf, so I'm really disappointed in this eyeliner. The pen dried up very quickly despite me following all storage instructions and never left a consistent line, I would have to go over it several times to not have gaps. The tip of the pen was not a fine point so the line it left was chunky but that could be a manufacturing defect. I will try out their other eyeliner pens but I will not be purchasing this one again.
