Formula has changed
I’ve been using the Honey one since it came out at least 7 or 8 years ago, and it was my go-to for everyday wear. When I bought my most recent one I noticed right off that the packaging had changed, and the SPF had been removed. This seems to have also affected the texture of the lip balm as it’s now a lot harder and drier, whereas it used to be soft and buttery. My lips dry out within a couple of hours now, whereas I used to only have to apply it once or twice a day.
I’m really gutted about this change as it means I’ll have to find a new lip balm, which will take ages as I’m really picky about the quality, colour, and sun protection. This is what I understood I was paying for, but as it is I’d be better off with a drugstore alternative.
Please bring back the old formula as I’ve been loyal to this one for years and don’t want to change.

Great colour
Really smooth and hydrating with a great colour to suit all colourings. Was great in the summer and will look good in the autum and winter. Ideal for thinning lips which can't take solid blocks of cour.

Disappointed
This is the 2nd time I am purchasing this lip balm. However, I was not impressed with it as I was the 1st time around. The lip balm feels different this time around, a bit more hard during application and does not blend well with my lips as it was before.

Bought this as spice colour is out of stock
My fav colour was the spice colour with a super retro feeling, unfortunately it was out of stock and not sure if you’ll produce it again; had to choose this new colour as it seems to be the closest colour, I wouldn’t say it’s a disappointment as I didn’t expect much, indeed this colour is much lighter and much less evident and less “red” as spice, I just wish that colour could return to stock again
