Former Eye Cream Explorer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE Guava Vit C Bright-Eye Gel Cream. When I was younger, I wasn’t worried about hiding fine lines, but I hated waking up with puffy eyes in the am due to seasonal allergies, lack of enough sleep and stress. My work was always with or in front of people, and later included public speaking. Like many who speak publicly, I felt self conscious and having puffy eyes didn’t help. As I began to see the signs of aging, I noticed more lines, naturally, and then darkness under my eyes. I have tried numerous eye creams and jells, ranging from expensive to even making my own, attempting to deal with all 3 concerns. Often, I would end up using 3: one for puffiness, one for lines and an anti-against night eye cream. I found that the more expensive creams didn’t work better and I did not want to spend all I budgeted for skin care on my eyes. Finally, with some skepticism, I tried this. It’s WONDERFUL!!! It quickly takes away the puffiness, fades under eye darkness and really helps to smooth out even the deeper lines. It’s light weight, doesn’t sting my eyes or smear my eye make up. I’ve noticed, in very little time, that it appears to actually be diminishing some of the deeper lines! So, I no longer have to waste money experimenting with eye products that do not work. This is it! I really love Glow Recipe’s products and believe that they work well for any age group!

Displeased with container
The tube inside is really short and leaves a lot of product hard to access. The only way I can tell how much is left is when I take the top off since the pump doesn’t really work. Cream is ok but I think I can find something else where I can easily access all off the cream I’m purchasing.

Wanted to love it
But had a pretty severe reaction and ended up with hugely swollen, eyelids and undereye area. Had to resort to a bag of frozen peas to relieve the swelling. I have never experienced a reaction like this before, so I won't be using this again......sniff, sniff.

Favorite eye cream/gel!!!
I got the small tube in the Fruit Babies kit and had to get the full sized one! I have tried many eye creams or anti puffiness gels. This is my favorite one. It doesn’t irritate my eyes like every other one. It also works. I don’t wake up super puffy around the eyes. It is a very comfy consistency. Second container of it and definitely not my last!
