Rated 1 out of 5 by from So sad and have sore eyes. I have used the It eye cream for years - started in US and been a fan. This new formula? Not a fan, i am so disappointed. My eyes sting when I put it on, it’s really scented which my sensitive skin doesn’t like and I wake up with puffy slightly swollen eyes since using. No bueno. Especially when it isn’t cheap…. Why would change something that worked? Create a new one, leave the old one alone!! Bring back the original pleaseeeee. I need the face cream as I’m running out… going to look to find the original elsewhere as it seems you’ve changed that now too. If true, you may loose a lot of customers reading reviews here. Also, why did Miracle water disappear? Who’s running your show now? Because whoever it is should be fired.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from So disappointed with the new formula I recently purchased the new formula ‘Confidence in a cream’ as I couldn’t find the original stocked anywhere. The old formula moisturiser was incredible - it really suited my sensitive skin, leaving it looking clear and well nourished. I loved how the moisturiser was like butter melting into my skin and recommended it to everyone. Unfortunately the same can’t be said for the new formula. The cream now feels thing and watery and sadly has caused my skin to have several breakouts. I’m really heartbroken by this as I loved this product. Please bring back the old formula - my skin looks sad and feels neglected with the new product!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New smell and feel Just got my 120ml through and my skin is tingling! Not as it usually feels and has a very different smell to usual. Not at all happy with it. Loved the previous version, never found anything like it, as I have very sensitive skin. So gutted as I’d found something that was working so well. Also bought the 120ml so not cheap.
