I love this cream
This is a lightweight cream that feels lovely on my skin all day long. I've been using it for 7 years now. The refill option makes the price more than worth it in my opinion. The only issue is that it pills when I put on foundation even if I wait 20 minutes.

i have really dry skin and got a tester of this along with the cannabis serum oil. the oil works really well and is reducing my redness but this cream burns so bad it's hard to keep on. it makes my skin a little smooth but not for very long. glad i only got a tester and didn't pay for it.

Disappointed
I have used this face cream for several years but my most recent purchase has caused me to breakout, which leads me to believe the formula has changed Really disappointed given the price of the product. Will now need to look for an alternative.

Why did you change the formula?
I bought this cream for years and years. You are the only cream I used that didn't make me breakout. I find it very deceiving that you changed the formula but you didn't update the website. Please make it clearer that there is 4.5% squalane in the new product. It feels very deceiving to receive a product that's very different in ingredients and therefore texture. Had you kept the old formula, I would have recommended this to a friend and always have but I will no longer do so.

This broke me out in spots!!
I bought this as some of the other products gave me the odd spot and done dry skin… well this created a huge breakout super dish as now I have a lot of monies worth of products I won’t be using!!! Prior to using these pro I had slightly dry skin with no spots ever even during teen years. I now have a greasy forehead, a dry yet spotty chin and a breakout on my cheek at 43 that seems insane!! No other products have done this much damage either!

Hi there I'm 50 and looking for a hydrating, rich day cream which leaves my skin feeling soft. I use Hyaluronic Acid before moisturising but at the moment my face feels very dry. I also cleanse with Kielh's Ultra Facial Cleanser. Would this do the job? Ty
Does leave your face soft but I wouldn't say it was rich. Absorbs very easily and is definitely more hydrating than the ultra facial cream with SPF as I find my face is dry by the end of the day with it so going back to the one without SPF next time I order.

Yes I think it will help with the dryness but I don’t know about flakeyness. I didn’t find it greasy looking or feeling.
