Directions

After cleansing, pour toner onto a cotton pad.

Apply to your entire face, avoiding the eye area.

But sadly, no. It makes my skin sting - maybe this means it's doing something, but it's super uncomfortable, and I will not be using any more of this. Maybe try a tester before you commit to buying.
