Pregnancy must have for labour !
I bought this when I was pregnant last year, I saw a lot of great reviews and was terrified off ripping. I applied as per the instructions and when I gave birth to my baby boy he was 10lb 2 oz not only was he a big baby but I didn’t need one stitch thanks to this amazing product! I only had a small graze which was shocking after giving birth!

Nice smelling - just not easy!
Nothing to complain about with this oil. Smells good, makes skin feel nice. Does come with very very simple instructions and a webinar. I was delighted about the webinar until I realised it’s live and sessions are very limited. I’m not going to watch an hour webinar in my lunch break where there is no room at work I can privately go to! Pre recorded webinars should be made available.
The act of performing perineal massage, however, seems to be something only cats and circus performers will be able to achieve - so though the oil is nice… good luck to you is achieving the desired outcome!! Was hoping for some tips on the webinar but no such luck as I won’t be able to access it.

another pregnancy must!
I purchased the oil with a hope to save my perineum and started massage most nights from 34 weeks pregnant, I gave birth to my 8lb3 baby with a minimal first degree tear, but my perineum was fully intact! I honestly believe that this oil had a large part to play, it also smells lovely, you won’t regret buying it!

Perineal massage oil
So we did not get the chance to do as much of this as I wanted to, as baby was a bit early.
That being said - the oil smells and felt nice. There was emailed a leaflet telling you what to do, which was necessary.
I didn't have any perineal tears, but did get labial tears - so not the answer for escaping completely unscathed, but would recommend doing the perineal massages, and you will need some oil to do it.

If I’m honest this product I have tried to get on with but maybe because my bump is in the way I haven’t been able to get a handle on it, however it smells amazing, not sticky, does aggravate me at all and I will persist with it as had good experience with other products xx

Peri Prep-buy now!
I was really sceptical about this and honestly thought it would be a fad. Safe to say it wasn't! My sister bought it as a gift. I used it from approximately 34 weeks & not as consistently as recommended towards the end. However this helped SO much. My baby was born 4.2kg/9Ib4oz, I had the most minimal 1st degree tear. He's my first born and he literally slid out in 1 big push. I have to put it down to the oil and squats! HIGHLY recommend. Don't hesistate to buy.
