Ouai nails it again

Not a shiny review..
I was very disappointed in this product.I am a huge Ouai fan. I used this a couple weeks after having a salon gloss and tone and it completely turned my hair brassy and porous. At my next appointment my colorist noticed as well. The product also felt very filmy despite following the instructions.
