Can’t get product to dispense!
Loved my 1st purchase so much I ordered a 2nd bottle. Extremely disappointed the container doesn’t work properly! Definitely deducting 3 stars!

Trouble with pump
Love the temporary lift this gives me post-eye surgery but the pump suddenly quit working after a few weeks. I have no way to untwist the top to use the remaining serum. 🥲

Love it but pump stops working on every bottle I buy
I love love love this product. However every bottle I buy the pump stops working after a few weeks. I end up breaking it open. There is always a lot of product left inside. Just wondering if anyone has this problem

Cracks every time over makeup even with serum (Strivectin) and moisturizer
This product only works without any makeup. I use a tiny bit of foundation and concealer over my Strivectin serum and moisturizer. It starts working right away but then cracks all over my under eye. I am using half a pump of product for both eyes. I then have to wash my face and reapply my makeup without it. It only works without makeup but then I have no makeup on. I've tried 2 different concealers and both crack with this stuff. It's really expensive in Canada and am now stuck with barely used bottle and cannot return.

The Pump Broke on Both Bottles I Purchased
I purchased two bottles of the Hyperlift Instant Eye Fix - one for me and one for my Mom to try. The pump mechanism broke on both. We can get a little product out but pushing on the exposed spring. The product works but a lot is wasted because it dries out after coming out using the spring only.
