Best product I e used for acne & uneven skin
I’m 31 and I’ve struggled with acne and uneven skin for as long as I can remember. I’ve used this product for 9 months and it has completely transformed my skin. My forehead that used to be covered in spots under the skin is completely clear and any spots that try to appear go down really quickly. It’s honestly incredible and couldn’t recommend it enough.

Not for me
I used this product for 7 weeks for acne and blackheads, and it seems like this might not be for me. I didn't mind the oily texture since I have dry skin, but it only made my skin worse and new pimples appeared every day... I've now stopped using it, but I'm not sure what to do anymore. I'm disappointed but I'm sure it can help someone else.

Perfect for my skin!
Like others, I bought this thinking it was the other salicylic acid product. HOWEVER it ended up being great for someone with both dry and acne prone skin.
I've never used any form of face oil but I'm now converted. I use this at night after face wash, before a bit of moisturizer- nice and simple. It will leave your face slick, but that won't last long.
I've always struggled with dryness, but didn't want to slather my sensitive, acne prone skin with pore clogging, thick products. This product solves that and keeps my skin care simple (one product, treating 2 things at once- acne and dryness).

Too strong for mature skin
This is VERY drying for me. When applied with moisturizer, there is just too much product on my face. My pores were minimized the next morning though. Had to buy barrier cream to treat the dryness this caused.

GETS RID OF ACNE FAST
i’ve been using this for around 2 years now off and on, be aware that you will start purging if you use this but it’s pretty worth it. it doesn’t get rid of acne completely but it gets rid of it fast, i use this every morning bc i have pretty bad skin, and when i go to wash my face at night most of the pimples will be flattened by then. it’s not drying but it is a little oily, i tried the other salysilic by the ordinary and it give me a chemical burn once so i’m sticking with this one.

bad smell
Only used it once because I cannot stand the smell. I thought it was somehow a false in that specific one and only happened to me, but I now see other reviews mentioning the same. I cannot say about the efficiency, though I am pretty satisfied with any other products that I used.
Do you recommend any uses other than the face? I feel sorry to not use it again.

Worst salicylic product I’ve ever used
I bought this product since the salicylic product I usually use wasn’t in store so I picked this up instead since I’ve used the ordinary product before and they’ve worked well for me. Not the case with this one at all. I have combination skin and suffer from the occasional cystic pimple around my time of the month. My skin had been absolutely clear prior to using this product. Once I used this product I developed white heads galore on my forehead and cystic pimples on my cheeks which I NEVER get only on the chin area around my time of the month. I gave it a try for a full month and my skin only got worse. This is most definitely not made for combination or oily skin. DO NOT RECOMMEND WHATSOEVER!

Best accident ever.
I accidentally picked this up, thinking it was something else, but wow. I have very oily skin, seborrheic dermatitis even. So I needed something that could gently slough off the dead, uneven skin without making my oil glands go into overdrive. This was just the ticket. I slap it on before bed, top it off with my moisturizer, and bam– I wake up to skin that's looking smooth. Love it! <3
