Weleda Arnica Massage Balm is a wonderfully aromatic dark gold liquid containing therapeutic plant extracts and oils to comfort old aches and pains that flair up when put to the test. Not surprisingly, this best-seller is a favourite with sports professionals.

Weleda is a cruelty-free brand; they do not test any of their products on animals.

Directions

Apply Weleda Arnica Massage Balm to the skin.

Adults the elderly and children over 12 years: Apply sparingly to the affected area with gentle massage 3-4 times daily. Ideally Massage Balm should be used after a warm bath or shower, while the skin is still damp. SHAKE THE BOTTLE.

Do not apply to broken skin. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, you are pregnant or breastfeeding or under 12 years old. May stain clothing if used in excess. Discard 3 months after opening.

100 g contains: oil extract from: Arnica flowers 3.23 g; Birch leaves 3.23 g/ Lavender-Lavandin Oil (1:1) 1.9 g/Rosemary Oil 3.9 g

The Arnica Balm arrived yesterday, and I have used it overnight. I woke up and my knee pain was gone!

The massage balm isn't sticky or greasy it soaks into the skin really nicely and smells lovely!
