As soon as I wake up, I...

check my emails, have a cup of Earl Grey with milk and honey, and begin my skincare routine. I double cleanse, then layer my serums under my Magic Cream moisturiser (which I never skip!).


My go-to makeup look for a working day is...

Pillow Talk! I wear my nude-pink Pillow Talk Luxury Palette almost every day, and I’m never seen without a feline flick from my Pillow Talk Eyeliner. It’s a sultry berry-brown that instantly makes my green eyes pop. I finish my eyes with lashings of my Pillow Talk Push Up Lashes mascara, then I glide on my new Super Nudes lipstick in the shade Supermodel - I’ve been in love with this shade since we created it.


When I get to the office, the first thing I do is...

jump straight into meetings. People are always surprised to learn that I work across every part of my company - from marketing to finance, new product development to creative, digital and tech. The days are incredibly busy, but so rewarding.


My favourite spot to work in is…

the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Office in London. We have the most incredible space with a roof terrace that looks across the city and the Thames. It’s the heart of the brand, where we create all of our campaigns, products and innovations. I love being able to collaborate with my incredible dream team - Team Tilbury! 


Right now, I'm most excited about…

my Holiday 2021 Collection. Now more than ever, the world needs joy and love and I’ve created a collection of perfect presents so that everyone, everywhere can look and feel like a star this season.

If there was an extra hour in the day, I would…

spend it with my family. We are incredibly close and I can’t wait to spend the holiday season all together. 


The moment I'll always remember is…

the day we launched my brand and had a queue of 300 people waiting to buy my Magic Cream moisturiser! It sold out in hours and is now a worldwide beauty icon - one sells every two minutes.


To me, unique beauty means...

confidence. With my brand, I’m on a mission to empower people to look and feel like the most beautiful, confident version of themselves through the power of makeup and skincare.
