Very drying leaves skin tight after use
Although this says for dry and sensitive skin, it doesn't say anywhere that it won't actually dry your skin out if you use it. It says things like "non irritating" and "...... while preserving the skin's natural moisture barrier". After use, my face feels stripped and tight, like I've used a bar of cheap soap. I use a face serum after cleaning. I need to used 2 to 3 times the amount I used to use, as it just soaks into my dry skin. Had high hopes and so disappointed with the results, especially considering this is a premium priced product.

Clean
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cetaphil gentle skin cleanser was a lovely and nice addition to my cleansers I already use. The bottle seems quite clinical however after opening and trying it is definitely one to keep in the collection.

Great for gentle skin

Why did you change the formula ?
You took a great product - added b3 b5 and glycerin which has caused intense facial irritation to a legion of rosacea sufferers.

Great gentle cleanser
