Undesired Effect
Unfortunately when I use this product around my eyes, I awaken with GIANT bags under my eyes in the morning. Indeed, this is not the desired effect.

Love thebproduct, no the bottle.
I have been using this product for six months and love how it helps my fine lines under my eyes and has great moisturizing properties. They do need to redesign the bottle. I did remove the semiclear plastic rubber on top of the bottle and I'm still having difficulties getting all the product. I have left the bottle upside down for days and the product will not budge from the bottom. I hope the design team hears our concerns and creates a better design. :)

Hardworking
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just like its iconic serum sister, this too has a wonderful cocktail of hardworking ingredients in it that you can feel are working to help repair my under eyes. Although the sample is not enough to give a holistic review, the one use did give a blurring effect the next day and makeup applied like a dream. No irritation or redness.

Burning and redness
After using this product twice, my eyes became very itchy and started to burn. The next day the skin was peeling and very red and felt burnt. I stopped using immediately. After another 3 days it is finally starting to heal. I would not recommend for people with sensitive skin.

Very good but not the bottle
It works quite well.... but I dont like the bottle its hard to get the cream out of the bottle after the cream reaches below the middle A lot of product remains inside.....its very expensive to have product stuck inside

Great product, horrible packaging.
Excellent product! Work amazingly well on my dark circles, eye wrinkles and my eleven's. But I am extremely disappointed in the package design. 1/3 of the product is stuck in the bottle! I've stood it upside down & on its side, I hit it against my palm in hopes to get the remainder product out. To my dismay, nothing has worked. I reluctantly stare at the remaining 1/3 product stuck inside knowing I'll never be able to use it. The wand serves no purpose in retrieving the product once its gotten low. I love the results but I can't stomach the price tage on wasteful packaging.

Helps reduce "eleven" lines and puffiness
This excellent product has helped relax the "eleven" lines between my eyebrows, and greatly reduces under-eye puffiness in the AM. The improved metal application wand feels so smooth and cooling. Does not sting eyes, no unpleasant odor.

Eye Irration
I am sure this a great product for some but since using this product my eyes are red and itchy. It took me a minute to discover the culprit being I am using several estee lauder products. I'm wondering if it's the metal wand. Thought about using the product without the wand but afraid it's all ready contaminated the product.
