This product has burned my face
I bought this product two weeks ago because my old la roche posay face wash had no product left in it it wasnt the exact one but it was similar it didn’t have the M+ signe in it I thought it was The new formula and it was better so I Baugh it without reading much about it but when I used it and my face started to burn and became red I thought it was my Makeup remover that I used before had something to do with it so I used it another time with a product free face and it still did the same thing , my sister used it but she had no reaction so maybe I had an allergic reaction to a chemical used in the face wash and also it isn’t mentioned that it is for sensitive skin but I don’t have a very sensitive skin I have never experienced any allergic reaction to a skin product not labeled to be for sensitive skin

Just perfect!
I love how this cleanser foams it's so light and smooth! You can literally feel the grub lifting as you massage it into your skin so you know its working. Leaves the skin feeling super soft and clear. I use as part of the 3-step Anti blemish routine which has been a game changer for me!

Great Cleanser
I have been using this cleanser for months and I love how it deeply but gently cleanses my face. I don’t get that tight and dry feeling after washing my face. Cleansing my face is the primary step to my skin care routine so it has to be effective to allow the rest of the products including serum and moisturiser to be absorbed by my skin. The Effaclar range is also my go-to due to my blemish-prone skin.

Red burn and small bumps - made my skin worse
Bought this after the website recommended it for sensitive and oily skin. Like others have said in the reviews this has burned my skin and left it red and very warm to the touch with a visible outline on my face of the areas that it’s been used on. On my forehead I have lots of small raised bumps (most similar in texture to heat rash). Quite surprised that a product being marketed for sensitive skin has caused this type and strength of reaction after such a short amount of time (I had this on my face for about 10-15 seconds before I started to feel the burning sensation and then washed it off immediately).

It’s not the same
I’ve purchased this a few times and had no problem but since you’ve changed it , it is breaking me out giving me spots , and it never used to have a fragrance to it before and now it does ? Not happy won’t be buying again

Amazing cleanser
Bought this and have used for few days now along with Effaclar Duo+M and am really pleased with the results so far. My skin feels amazing and is so much clearer in tone and appearance, highly recommend for anyone with blemishes.

Would this be suitable for my 11 year old daughter to use?
