Great Buy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying this product for the first week, I already saw a change in my skin it was so soft. So hydrating gives skin the extra moisture that it needs. A brilliant choice for dry prone skin. Would buy again

Not great- bring back the old formula
I have used the old formula for years and was very disappointed to find it has been discontinued. Bought this new version instead and it leaves my skin feeling dry and tight whilst the old formula felt cleansing, smooth and hydrating. This new product stings my eyes and is too soapy- I cannot use it to remove makeup whilst cleansing as I did before with the old formula. Really disappointing. Please being back the old formula.

Bring back the old formula
This new formula is not a cream, it’s more of a sticky gel that foams up when washing your face, which is a big no no. I miss the old formula which was a nice calming soft cream. This new one is really drying and leaves your skin feeling tight. I will not be continuing to use the product.

Bring back the old formula!
The new formula is overly foaming and drying on the skin which caused me to badly break out. Please bring back the old formula which I had used and loved for years!

Not for me.
Very disappointing as I used the old effaclar H cleanser and it was great. Kept my skin hydrated and youthful. This new cleanser is drying and leaves my skin tight and flaky. I then spend time applying hydrating creams causing break outs. Bought 2. What a waste of money.

Caused flakiness and breakouts
I have used this the past few weeks and it really has set me back with my skin. My skin has been flaky, something I’ve never experienced before, alongside new breakouts. I have used the old formula previously and this had worked really for me.

Bring back the old formula
I’ve used the original formula for years and it helped clear my skin. I tried to use the new formula for a few weeks but this has destroyed my skin. Definitely do not recommend! Bring back the old formula! The reviews say it all.
