Packaging is not fit for purpose

Made my hair dry and brittle, and extremely difficult to manage
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I could rate this less than zero. Reviving my hair after using this was an absolute chore and my hair is very healthy. My hair was incredibly brittle once it dried, impossible to style and became sooo tangled, it hurt to comb. I hate to admit, but this product went straight in the bin because I didn't want anyone else to endure what I went through with this. I would not recommend to anyone with type 4 hair of any type!

Change the packaging!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The styling milk does the job for my hair and doesn't leave it crunchy like some other styling products do. My main issue is the packaging, it doesn't work with the consistency of the product. I think it should be in a "jar" like packaging versus a squeezy bottle, as the consistency makes it hard to squeeze out and therefore makes me not want to use it

The moisturiser should be provided in a jar. The moisturiser is so lush n thick it makes it difficult to come out. I wouldn't be happy to find it whipped all over my ceiling or walls from shaking n squeezing it out but yes I will be purchasing.
